1.房間寬敞，放三個行李箱（26寸）沒問題。 2.非常乾淨整潔，令人讚賞。 3.游泳池非常優秀，乾淨，明亮，可以跳水，還有個兒童池，水深大約40公分。 4.工作人員非常專業友善，有條理，值得嘉許。 5.健身房非常專業，乾淨。 6.隱私設計非常優秀，有路線可以避開來往人潮。 7. 位置還不錯，距離市中心大約15分鐘的腳程。路線：面對入住櫃檯，往右邊的大門走去，第一個叉路處往左前往馬路，到了馬路向右轉，直直走到車站，從車站的地下聯絡道穿越（有個不起眼的門），再往左順著路走，就是主街。 8.有蒸氣室，男女混。 9.大廳有提供水和巧克力餅乾，好吃。 10.有遊樂室，適合全家遊玩。 11.早餐有水準。
