The hotel is in the center of town, very near the train station which for me is a big plus. It is an older building, but the rooms are well maintained and clean even if they are a little dated.

The location is excellent: the airport is only a 15–20 minute walk away, and several buses stop in front of the hotel, taking you directly to the Gare. The staff is very friendly and speaks several languages. Arturo is the best!

We only stayed for a night, but everything was perfect. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They offered us free tram tickets and gave us practical information for a short visit to the old town. The room was large, very nice, and very clean. The bedding and bathroom amenities were of good quality. I've also enjoyed the hotel's lovely terrace next to the bar.

The check-in staff was very friendly. Shuttle service was very convenient, frequent, and the instructions of time and place was very clear. I had dinner 2x at the resto: kitchen is open until 12, amazing! And the food was delicious too.

The rooms were very clean and the personnel super friendly! The location is great, close to the airport. The breakfast was abundant and was served from early on, great if you need to catch a flight. Would definitely stay there again!

Jade is wonderfully located just a 10 minute walk from the lake and the central station. It is located in the Paquis neighborhood which is one of the liveliest in the city. The breakfast is perfect.

Very centrally located, super nice rooms, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Its about a 5-7 walk away from the lake which I thought was the best part. Also a kitchenette with the room, which is nice.
