The hotel is not exactly central but it is basically in a mall so everything is readily available in case you want to go shopping. The hotel staff at the reception was really kind and attentive, we had a small medical emergency and they were ready to recommend a nearby hospital and even called them to check if we could be seen. They are also dog friendly.

Everything! The staff is super friendly and alongside the location, the fact that they give you the Swiss Pass to travel along the city, for me is exceptional!

Found the hotel with great ease off the number 18 tram. Nice spacious room, liked the clock wall art and the non formulaic style of hotel. A bit of history with the paintings on the corridor walls. Some good restaurants and bars in pleasant Carouge.

Newly opened in 2014, Chez Maman is a modern boutique hotel in Geneva, 3 km from Cornavin Train Station and Lake Geneva. It offers free WiFi, private parking, and a restaurant with piano bar.
