superfriendly staff, great location , fast service !

The location was excellent, right in the middle of town and very easy to get around, with a convenient entrance from the restaurant side. The staff was outstanding — from check-in to the café team, reception, and housekeeping, everyone was warm and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. We were traveling with a baby, and they provided a super cute crib and a teddy bear toy, which was a thoughtful touch. The room was very comfortable: the rain shower was great, the beds and pillows were excellent, and with the windows closed, sound insulation was complete. We appreciated being placed on the quieter side of the building rather than facing the restaurant. Additional touches made the stay special: three complimentary drink tickets (even though we didn’t use them), safe luggage storage at departure, self check in, and a proper company invoice on request. The breakfast offered vegan and gluten-free options, including decaf coffee with plant-based milk, which was excellent. Overall, a very thoughtful and comfortable experience.

The location - just across from the train station - was ideal for walking into Winterthur. The room was spacious and quiet with ample space for clothes, baggage and personal belongings. The breakfast was good in terms of selection, temperature and staff. The reception and staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The hotel offers a lounge (with a smoking section) and other comfortable seating in the foyer.

Friendly staff, with a big room and comfy bed on the top floor with a huge balcony overlooking the town of Winterthur. All went well there.

Everything is was perfect, reception staff were very nice and very cooperative, breakfast is excellent, and there's a big GYM close tothe hotel with a good daily price.

Property is clean and quiet. The location is convenient to Schaffhausen and Zurich. The restaurant is excellent but busy. There are other restaurants in walking distance as well. Easy check in. Lots of places to walk.
