Reasonably priced and great location

It is by far the most comfortable stay I have had in a hotel while travelling abroad. The Hotel provides a very personal form of service. The rooms are clean and cosy. The bathrooms spic and span. The showers always give you the right temperature hot water in seconds. The staff are extraordinary. They are professional and friendly and serve with a smile. The location, right next to the lake and the botanical gardens is spectacular. The menu though limited is tasty.Check in and check out - very efficient. Really - could not ask for more.

Clean and comfortable. Well maintained

Everything .. from the staff, to the interior to food and service..Excellent!

Every thing best hotel in Geneva

Good location,The breakfast was better before because I missed the smoked salmon.

Easy to find and accessible to everything.

Very attentive staff, delicious breakfast, very nice decor, elegant atmosfere, beautiful view to lake, great spot in town.

Central location, clean and comfy place.

Absolutely fantastic hotel; it exceeded my expectations. I checked in before arriving through an app that I received via email. This helped me to complete the check-in in a minute upon my arrival (very good experience!). Before reaching the hotel, I received a Geneva travel pass via email (free of charge), which was perfect, as I used the train from the airport. With this pass, you can use all public transport within Geneva Canton for free. The hotel is on the second floor of a building, in front of the train, bus, and metro station – a really good location. The staff is absolutely friendly and always at your disposal. The room is comfortable, and the toilet is in another room, but less than a meter away; you just need to cross the corridor (actually, this was my case; I don't know about the other rooms). However, as it was privately used by me, this was not a problem at all. The internet works perfectly, and breakfast is very good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location and perfect price quality. Very comfortable bed.

Excellent location outside the tram stop, free water fountain at reception, cozy hotel, spacious rooms, modern bathrooms

Overall a brilliant stay, plenty of space in the room. Very comfortable beds.

A simple and clean hotel right in the heart of Geneva next to all the amenities, shopping areas, restaurants and bus and train stops. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It has all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself is simple, so don’t expect luxury or fancy facilities, but its biggest advantages are the excellent central location and cleanliness. I would definitely recommend it for solo travelers, backpackers, or anyone who is mainly looking for a clean and well-located place to stay while exploring Geneva. Considering the price, I think it offers very good value for money, especially in such a central location.

Great sized bed, good breakfast, super helpful staff

The hotel was not fully open for its summer season, but we loved it as it is on a beautiful park close to the lake and on the edge of the city - so peaceul and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the continental breakast a perfect start to the day. Because Geneva has an exceptionally good integrated public transport system which is free to tourists - everywhere is reachable.

Perfect location, very friendly staff. Comfortable bed, no single use plastics.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was quiet and the location was also great. It was everything I hoped for.

Really kind staff, the location and the kitchen

I had a 48 hours trip to Geneva and I was really pleased with this hotel. Every single person that works there is really kind, genuine and helpful. I loved the location and the rooms. Bed was very comfortable, room was quiet and the bathroom had really nice materials. The heating in the room functions well and is a perfect shield to the cold outside. The location is also enjoyable and the hotel restaurant offers delicious food. 1000% recommend this hotel. Thank you for having me :)

Brilliant staff and lovely hotel ❤️
