The staff is great, very helpful and kind. The location is perfect, it's quiet and beautiful, there is a wonderful lake just across from the hotel and a wonderful view of the mountains from the 5th floor. There are plenty of shops around. The breakfast included was consistent and delicious. Everything was clean and well maintained. There were nice details all around the hotel, the place was interesting and tastefully decorated. The place for the tea ceremony was also a very special point. I highly recommend the place

My team and I really enjoyed our stay. Location is good, facilities are nice. Most of all the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The service here is far above standard of local hotels in general in China.

Exceptional staff. Exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. Well arranged interior with an artsy vibe. Despite not being in the city centre, the location is practical. The hotel is in a small quiet village in walking distance to the stalactite cave. The city centre can be reached via taxi or e scooter.

Amazing location, staff were so kind and welcoming. So helpful with advice, always ready with tea/coffee and orange juice whenever we appeared. Let us check in early no problems. The room is comfortable, really nice view of the surrounding karsts. The village the hotel is set in is really scenic and quaint. And easy to travel to Guilin from. Could bro recommend this wonderful hotel more.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **Wonderful Family Stay – Highly Recommended** We stayed at **Guilin Qingshanshe Hotel** from **11th–14th December 2025** for our family vacation, and we truly loved every part of the experience. The hotel is **very clean, tidy, and well maintained**, and the surrounding **village area and natural scenery are peaceful and beautiful**, offering a relaxing atmosphere away from the city’s noise. Despite the quiet environment, the location is still very convenient — only a few kilometres from Guilin city, with **easy access via e-hailing services**. There is also a **popular local restaurant just 50–80 metres away**, which is very convenient. One thing we really appreciated was the **excellent hot water for showering**, especially during the cold winter nights when the temperature dropped to around **8–10°C**. This made our stay very comfortable. We would like to express our **special thanks to Ms. Xiao Bai**, the lady owner of the hotel. She is **extremely helpful, caring, and kind**. As we are not well-versed in the Chinese language, Ms. Xiao Bai assisted us greatly with communication regarding tourist matters and even contacted other hotels and parties on our behalf to help resolve our concerns. Her support made our trip much smoother and stress-free. We are also very thankful to the **auntie who prepared breakfast** every morning. She even **specially cooked a bowl of noodles for our boy**, which he loved very much — it was delicious and made with care. The **pick-up service from Guilin High-Speed Railway Station** was very convenient, and we truly appreciated the team’s help in **carrying our luggage up to the 4th floor and down again during check-out**. This was especially helpful for a family travelling with a child. Overall, we had a **wonderful and memorable stay**. We sincerely thank **Ms. Xiao Bai and her entire team** for their warm hospitality and excellent service.
