The staff were very friendly and helpful. Marcella gave us excellent advice on where to go for shopping, eating, sightseeing & transport, she could not have been a better host. We enjoyed our complimentary drinks on arrival and hot wine and traditional Czech biscuits during our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was nice and supportive and the room had the most fantastic view of the prague castle and the river. The breakfast and restaurant itself was also very good!

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The hotel is very conveniently located and the old town is only 10 minutes away with public transport. Two metro stops are nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Giving us information about what to see etc. The room was also very good with a very nicely sized bathroom. Breakfast is served in their restaurant and is amazing! Also try the restaurant! We had dinner there and it was also very good! Would definitely recommend a stay here!
