Very nice place to stay and really friendly staff. Bus stations where several lines are running in short distance.

Friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely

Fantastic place to stay - ski lift and ski rentals 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Gated parking just outside (we paid 8 euros per day), lovely restaurant, amazing breakfast which was included in our package, pool with jacuzzi (small and busy though, you have to pay a small fee to use it), tennis court. Overall a great place to rest and recharge after skiing.

a big bathroom, high ceilings, superb breakfast

Central location, friendly staff and an enormous room for the price.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. You get a free parking which is bonus here. You can start your hike to Snežka close to the hotel and don't have to go to Pec pod Snežkou. Good restaurant for local food.

We had an amazing time here.. Beautiful place with amazing view. Delicious breakfasts and dinners. Perfect for people who look for quiet, nature and views. We enjoyed every moments. Sauna and jacuzzi make a difference - worth it. We gonna visit this place again for sure.

Very beautiful rooms, comfy beds, there was everything you could need for your stay. Very quiet, didn't hear other guests in their rooms. Delicious breakfast. Perfect for families with kids. Happy I made this choice.

Good location, nature, domestic animals for children. Nice for the family with kids.

Very nice and helpful host. We enjoyed our stay in this property

We stayed at the resort for the long weekend and it was amazing. Beautiful location, delicious breakfast and extremely nice and welcoming staff. The lady at the reception made our trip truly memorable. She was so kind, always smiling, beyond helpful and always at our disposal. I’m sure we will return one day.

Supr pobyt, moc pěkný výhled z hotelu, pokoj pohodlné a velké parkoviště! Snídaně a večeře vkusny a pozice v okolí je velmi pěkný.! Perfektní personální( pani, moc příjemná ) a už se těšíme na příšti rok !Děkujeme! Alan Z.

Definitely take this hotel because - It is affordable - provide breakfast in Hotel Terra, which is good compared to the average Czech breakfast - if you like wellness, free wellness for 2 hours a day at Acquacentrum - super sauna, outdoor jagusi - ski resort is 10 mins walk - everything is connected within a short distance walk

Everything - great hotel, lovely little pool area, amazing staff and great location

Great location- walking distance from the bus stop and from the ski lift. Never actually needed the reception aside from check-in/out, so the fact that it is in the nearby hotel and 24/7 is no problem. Great zoned out breakfast hall, nice selection of food. I don't think I saw brie cheese as at breakfast in any other hotel. A direct lift to the aqua center and fitness center. Overall fantastic experience.

If Police did not come! in the morning to our roon everyting would be perfect.
