Wonderful hotel! First of all, the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, always welcoming with a smile. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I also want to highlight the breakfast - a fantastic buffet with a wide selection of delicious food. It takes just 10 minutes by tram to reach the city center. We had an amazingly positive experience and will definitely come back!

I travel a lot to Prague for work, and this was a very pleasant surprise. Great stay, great value for money, very nice staff. The room was nice, with a lot of attention to detail, and a comfy bed. I slept really well which is not often the case. The breakfast was good, rare at the price. The location was fantastic, both for my work, but also due to being next to the metro, and with a lot of restaurants and nightlife all around. Staff were really friendly and helpful - I hope their manager is reading this!
