Hotels near Lucerna Palace, Prague

Staff was great! They also did everything they could to support my partner gluten intolerance during breakfast. Location is perfect, where you get most tourist attractions within 15min walk.

Staff were very attentive, materials high-end

The location of the hotel is excellent. Major tourist attractions are very near the hotel. The hotel is well connected by metro and trams. The staff was really helpful in obtaining information from airline when my luggage was lost by the airline.

Amazing stuff, everyone at reception, at bar and during breakfast! Thank you!

Very convenient location and everything is walkable with public transport and shops close by. Staff were lovely and very helpful

I thank the hotel managers for their professional work. I especially want to note the excellent quality of the breakfast thanks to the kitchen staff, especially Jenny and the waiters Andriana, Andrey and Natalia. They worked quickly and very efficiently. Many thanks to all the hotel staff!

We’ve booked this hotel because of its location and good offer for 2 rooms (we traveled with a family of 4 and 2 rooms close to each other were a great solution for us). What can I say: 1) the best location one can find while staying in Prague 2) comfortable mattresses. With my back pain problems that means a lot to me 3) very clean: they clean the room almost everyday as well as change the towels 4) good security level - electronic locks with pin codes are a very modern and convenient option 5) rather big rooms with big windows and a view on Wenceslas Square 6) the rooms are warm, which is especially nice during colder seasons. A big plus is that the bathrooms have bidets, which is really appreciated and not very common. 7) Fine breakfast was included. And one can have a good grounded coffee at breakfast, that I appreciate a lot

The room was spacious and bright. The view was amazing;)

Hotel staff are great and friendly, location is amazing, you are in the heart of the city everything is easily reached,,room is big ,clean. It was my second time in the hotel.i really enjoyed it

Central location from which to walk and explore the many wonderful sights of the city. Transport, shops, dining, cafes in abundance. A large, comfortable spacious room and bathroom, with all you require. Lift access perfect. An architecturally beautiful hotel connected to the Lucerna Passage mall. Lukasz,( concierge ) was very helpful and ensured my stay was most pleasant . I rate this hotel, and will stay there next time.

Everything was great. The room was comfortable and beautifully furnished, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around.

Location. Decoration and atmosphere.

The location is the best for travelers seeking for taking advantage of being in Prague. In other words, it takes very little time to get to the most well-known sights of Prague as well as to the most rated restaurants.

Everything is perfect. The breakfast was surprisingly diverse and delightful.
