helpful and kind staff especially the young man who worked on Thursday the 7.12 until 20:00 at the reception , he had so much to handle from a leaking roof , other people needing his attention and yet he was always calm , helped me with a cup of tea and made sure i was comfortable while i was waiting for my taxi to the airport. I hope to visit again soon

Very clean, modern hotel. rooms are perfectly clean, small and cozy. There is everything you need: spacious shower, refrigerator, wi-fi and tv. Convenient location, tram and bus stop nearby, walking to the city center is also not far.

The room was impeccable and the breakfast very good.

10 minutes walk from the Karl's bridge and 10 minutes from the Prague castle, on a narrow, quiet road - perfect!! We got a large room, nice bathroom. Very clean and tidy. Breakfast was really excellent! Hot and cold dishes. The hot ones cooked upon request and very fresh. Great variety! Friendly and helpful staff!

Great location, great staff and nice breakfast!

The hotel is located in the embassy area, on a quiet lateral street, back to back with the garden of an Italian restaurant, Santini (which we visited twice during our 6 days stay). Being close to the castle and also 5 minutes away from Charles Bridge the location is really marvellous. We had a junior suite that satisfied our needs perfectly, being a family of three. Excellent stay and a marvellous breakfast. Very good clasic pancakes with sweet sour cream. Altogether, a place to return to!
