Our whole experience at this hotel was excellent. The room was lovely and clean and the bathroom facilities were the best we have had. The breakfast choice was vast and very tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location two minutes from the station. Very convenient to get to the center, lots of transport. Nearby is the Japanese quarter, very good. The room is clean, everything works, there is tea/coffee in a room. Good breakfast, but it is better to come early, there can be a lot of people. Very quiet despite the proximity of the station.

Hotel was totally renewed in autumn 2024 and it shows. All is clean, bright and shiny. Basic-good breakfast. Nice restaurant. Chess boards at lobby. Very nice crew.

At the hotel when I had breakfast my bag was stolen: phone money and credit cards. I am very grateful to the hotel administration and all the employees including the reception and the restaurant staff they supported me and accompanied me everywhere including the police station. I was offered free breakfasts on 12-14.07 and 25.07-28.07 and 13.08-15.08.2025 there were two of us, me and my husband. Especially a huge thank you to the employees who work at the hotel reception-Kleiner L., Bah, Debnafh, Meydan,Dj. Customer service and desire to help everyone at the highest level. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast was very tasty and substantial. Thank you very much. I will definitely book and advertise this hotel in Kazakhstan. Best regards, Sveta Berdibayeva

There was issue with booking that breakfast was not included, we were allowed to rebook it on reception and for inconvenience were given better room; kitchen in room is great, the room is spacious, breakfast is good enough

Lovely hotel. I had a huge room with seperate living area. Hotel is clean, has its own car park at the back. Self check in was easy with the key box. Beds comfortable, huge bathroom and above all it was lovely and quiet. Also easy access to motorways. Aldi just down the road for essentials. Breakfast was very good too.

It was a lovely room and very Cozy , despite the heat , It stayed cool enough ! The personal is sweet and nice , they were reachable when needed! Coffee , tea are offered kindly, It makes us feel welcome

Location is perfect!! convenient parking. Comfortable beds, good shower, all is clean, nice breakfast with vegan options. There was an airco, but opened window worked better. It was quiet at night at that area. There were no possibility to make tea in the room, but after our request we’ve got the kettle and tea cups. Staff at reception was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the massage chair in the lobby. The location was great for me because I was there to visit my husband in the hospital which was a short walk from the hotel.

Zons is a wonderful hidden gem, a medieval walled town which appears unchanged from when I first visited 47 years ago. Schloss Destille was a very comfortable place to stay with really friendly staff and a lovely breakfast. Thoroughly recommend it to any other visitors.

Very nice room with clean bathroom, the breakfast was good and very tasty, enough choises. Metro station at 3 minutes walking, it was 20 minutes to city center.
