The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the central station so you are well connected within the city. We arrived very late and since it was a last minute booking the staff was very kind and gave us an upgrade to the suite room which is big enough for 4 people and has everything you need included kitchen and all the amenities to make you feel comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained, we had such a great experience. I will definitely recommend it and the next time I visit Hamburg I will stay here again.

Fantastic location 3 minutes from the Hauptbahnhof (central train station). Impeccably clean. High quality good smelling clean sheets and comforters. Kind reception.. Excellent WiFi. Good tv with English channels. This hotel is a good value for the money in an expensive city. Reserve with confidence, you won't get disappointed.

Everything was great. Very kind staff, good breakfasts, cleaning every day, fast wifi.

The room was not large but it had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The railway station was a short walk away and a bus service operated from just outside the hotel.

Awesome location, comfortable room, nice staff, wifi, non smoking, 24h front desk, can do a lot of things outside and be hosted for a really fair amount of money, that's why 09/10. If you have a car I could not see this.

Location across from the Hauptbahnhof was perfect for a quick trip to the city. Facilities were simple but incredibly clean, well-decorated and had everything you could need for a couple nights. Staff was professional, friendly and available when needed.

Great big apartment for a family. 2 bathrooms.

I room seemed to be recently renovated. Very clean and huge bathroom. Directly across from train station so perfect for our late arrival and early departure.

The location was very good and so was the breakfast, but the bed! It was like sleeping on heaven, And the pillow, so soft and nice.!

Location is greay! Close to everything, specially train / subway station. I was scared when I saw the reviews but honestly this was the cheaper hotel I found for my budget and I was not dissapointed. Staff was great , cleaning and I paid for having a private bathroom!

The room has big up space so feeling like live in a huge room although the actual footage is normal. The hotel is 300m from central station and 1.5mil from city hall, making it very convenient.
