The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station, which made traveling very convenient. The reception staff were very accommodating and friendly, which made the stay even better. Overall, an excellent experience. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

I had stayed in so many hotels on life. This was my exceptional experience. That was a evacuation day in Osnabruck and my home was in the effected zone. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accomodate us. We got super early checkin to their brand new property and were allowed to leave whenever we were easy to. I could give a thousand stars to the hotel and the staff.
