Our stay was absolutely amazing! From the very first moment, we fell in love with this place, and so did our children. The two-bedroom apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious, and felt like a true home away from home. The entire hotel complex is breathtaking – elegant, perfectly maintained, and with a wonderful atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, rich, and something we looked forward to every day. The views of the ocean from both the pool and the apartment were magical and never stopped amazing us. We loved the comfortable loungers by the pool and the fantastic option to order lunch and delicious drinks right to our spot. The staff were incredibly kind, always smiling, and attentive – both at the reception and in the restaurant, they took care of us with genuine warmth. This was a dream holiday, and we will definitely come back again!

Excellent location with restaurant, shops and beach 🏝️ nearby. This hotel takes sustainably to the next level. Water fountains to refill water bottles etc. Gluten-free breakfast options. Loved the 24h Gym and the Pool and Rooftop Pool & Bar.

Amazing personnel .Alex, Rodrigo, Yannis and rest of animation team was really exceptionally friendly. The cleaning ladies and the personnel at the restaurant were all very friendly. Excellent stay.

My husband and I stayed here for 7 nights and we didn’t want to leave. The atmosphere and cleanliness of this hotel was amazing. The staff were also so helpful, nice and their English was excellent allowing us to communicate effortlessly. We loved the pool side DJ on the Thursday and all that they had to offer around the facilities including, fresh water machines to refill our bottles with, delicious breakfast, hammocks, comfy lounge couches and a play area. The whole vibe of this hotel is fun, colorful and upbeat which is exactly what we were looking for on our holiday. The downtown is also great as it is not super busy with some great restaurants and two grocery stores within walking distance. Another huge benefit is all the street parking with white lines is free and we never had a problem finding a spot. Would highly recommend.

The breakfast was good, everything you would expect. The dinner was good and not the same every night. The location is great, right by the beach, a bus stop and a convenience store.

Wonderful Hotel boutique & Amazing Service ! The staying was even more enjoyable with Denise help and guide, excellent hospitality! Top Top ! I truly recommend it! You can ask for some tour tips but I recommend the wine tour which is really good. Around the area there is some cafes, restaurant like : Bodegon Damaris ! Next to the hotel you can ask for a good massage session and if you like hiking trails ; barranco del infierno is a great option.

We had a wonderful stay and a truly special experience at this hotel. From the very beginning we were warmly welcomed by the entire team. I would especially like to thank Ana from Guest Experience. On the day of our arrival, our flight was moved earlier and we arrived at the hotel long before the check-in time, so we were a bit impatient because we still had a long time to wait. Ana noticed this and came to talk to us with great kindness and patience. She even gave us a tour of the hotel to show us around and help us feel more comfortable while we waited. The next day she remembered that it was my daughter’s birthday and prepared something truly unforgettable: a handwritten letter and an incredible breakfast for her. And it didn’t happen just once — but twice! We also received handwritten notes and even a call to check if everything was okay with our room and our stay. It was such thoughtful and genuine care that really touched us. I highly recommend that any guest who needs help or has any questions look for Ana — she was the most dedicated person we met at the hotel. I would also like to thank a gentleman who was in the kitchen taking care of the drinks during dinner on Sunday, March 8. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but he was extremely helpful and very, very kind to us. Small gestures like these make all the difference and turned our stay into a truly memorable experience. Thank you very much to the entire team! ♥️🏖️

Everything was perfect. My sister and I were here for a relaxation week and it was memorable. We are both visually impaired, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us when needed, and everyone was extremely pleasant. The duty manager, Myriam, was highly professional and insured we always got the help we needed. Thanks a lot also to Jason for showing us around. Alexa and the rest of the staff at the main restaurant were super helpful, and Joe from guest relations was also literally the nicest ever, he made sure we had a great time. The staff at reception were very pleasant and helpful at all times The bed was super comfortable, breakfast was great and varied. The cafe and pool bars all offer great service. The rooftop bar. is great, we loved the vibes and we got the best shisha ever, thanks Jony, if I got the name right 😄 We also enjoyed all the drinks we got. The spa and waterzone were also great. All the hotel areas smelled really good We are definitely coming back! 😊

Excellent hotel with everything you could posibly need. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus service was great. Location was great as was theu local bus. Food was excellent. Entertainment was good. Facilities were great. Spa was a wonderful experience. Tenerife is a lovely destination and can't wait to come back. Thank you

We really loved this hotel! Everything was clean, the rooms were big, and the shower was good. The staff were really nice, the gym was awesome, and we had an amazing stay overall. We’d definitely come back again!
