We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is great and it has its own paking! There is a nice pool area for children different ages. The food is also great!

Everything was great! All of the things were at the highest standard!

The atmosphere is very homely. The staff willing to do everything and always smiling. Regular cleaning and changing of beds. The swimming pool garden is small and pleasant. It didn't matter what time we arrived at the pool garden, we always got a sunbed. The food was very good, we had half board. Many thanks for us, Berglind and Þórir from Iceland

Beautiful house with a wonderful view! The house was beautiful and very clean, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely stunning, and the jacuzzi was definitely the best part. We really enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend this place.

the terrace is fantastic, the rooms are average. the port is in a very good location, a few minutes' walk away. you can say it is in the heart of the city center.

The reception staff were really helpful both in relation to questions concerning transport options and any additional room requirements. They were always polite and cheerful. The hotel in general and the room in particular were always cleaned to a high standard.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Let's start with the location—very convenient, 2-3 minutes from the bus station (you can get to the hotel from the airport by direct bus in 40 minutes). Next, check-in. Very polite staff at the reception, Elizabeth—the best! Friendly, nice, always ready to help. Special thanks to her! The room was spacious and clean, with an ocean view from the balcony. It was very convenient that the room had a kitchen—a mini-fridge, stove, a full set of necessary utensils, and even a microwave! Room cleaning was available upon request, but we didn't use it every day. They cleaned very well. And in general, everything was clean throughout the hotel. We had half board. Special thanks to the chefs! The food was very tasty. Every day of the week there was a themed dinner from different countries around the world. Very nice. Breakfast was the same every day, but there was a large selection of dishes to choose from. The waiters were friendly and unobtrusive. There were enough seats and no queues :) It was a 5-7 minute walk to the beach (we went to El Bobo), and the wonderful Siam water park and large Siam shopping center were nearby. We went to Teide on our own from the bus station by regular bus, which was also very convenient. I would like to mention the hotel's birthday greeting for my son, which was very sweet and nice! My birthday was on the day of departure, and it was also very, very nice that the hotel congratulated me (with champagne) and the staff gave me candy. Thank you very much for a wonderful vacation! My best recommendations.

Great location, facilities, outdoor pool and activities, walking distance from the beach, friendly staff

Staff was very effective,hardworking,kind and nice. Specially in the restaurant. Big room, comfortable bed, perfect cleaning service. Amazing breakfast. Big dinner buffet with large selection of the food,there was some very good food there,something for everyone. Pool area nice. Gym is also good.
