We are a couple in our 30's who had done an all inclusive holiday before and didn't love it. Iberostar Las Dalias has completely changed our minds. It was a fantastic holiday and we will definitely be returning. It's a fully all inclusive hotel with breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack bar throughout the day that has lunch style food. Alcohol can be got from early hours of morning up to 12:30am. Unless you want high top shelf alcohol that will be the only extra cost. They still served branded alcohol like Gordons Gin and Bacardi in the all inclusive package, along with cocktails. They are also self service stations for tea, coffee, water, minerals and beer. The food was lovely, with different theme nights. I'm a vegetarian and had plenty of options and there is a vegetarian section at dinner. My husband eats meat and was impressed also. The adults only area has a lovely big jacuzzi. The entertainment was exceptional, especially the Mamma Mia and The Greatest Show nights that are performed by the hotels entertainers. The acrobatic and magician nights are a must to. Music in lobby bar also. Inflatable and water mat games held in the pool. All round the staff and entertainers were exceptional. Juanjo at the bar done the best cocktails in my opinion. If you have children the staff and entertainers are superb with them and loads of activities are held for them. Don't hesitate in booking here. 900m walk to Siam Park and 1km to Siam Mall. Very close to beach and Las Americas as well.

We really liked our stay in Alua Hotel. The hotel has been recently renovated, so everything felt fresh, clean, and modern. Lot of food options for breakfast, even for gluten and lactose free diet. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They organized fun activities to do like bingo, quiz night, rooftop yoga, table games, water aerobics, live music. The beach is very close, only a few meters of walk. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel was very quiet, no children screaming, we had a lovely ocean view from our balcony!

We stayed in a newly renovated complex with a beautiful sea view and the experience was excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the terrace offered a pleasant, tropical atmosphere with own small garden. The beach and vibrant local life were right at hand, making everything easily accessible. The accommodation is also ideal for fishing enthusiasts, as the marina is located just nearby. Breakfast was varied and more than sufficient, with the added pleasure of cava served every morning. The rooftop sun terrace also offered an excellent view.

The moment we arrived we were offered a glass of prosecco while a member of staff finished our check in at the reception. The hotel was really nice, they had lovely Christmas decorations. We had all inclusive and they had a great selection of food and drinks. There were activities during the day and the evening, for kids and adults as well. The Staff members were really nice, I would like to thank you Orsi and Fanni, who were so so friendly and kept us up to date on what activities there are and made amazing shows. My daughter got so attached to them. Besides the mini disco and shows for adults there was live music every evening. They also organised Santa for Christmas day, and all the kids got presents. The hotel was also very clean inside, the room and around the pool too.

Modern, clean, had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool at the property and access to the larger pool at the complex was brilliant. Brilliant location, easy walk to Siam Park, Siam Mall and AquaLand. Daniela was an excellent host, very quick to respond to any questions and Brownie the dog is the cutest!

Great location. Yes it’s at the top of a hill but… if you’re fit and well it’s literally a 10 minute walk down to the marina. There are shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, a padel court and Aqualand across the road. The apartments are pretty basic but perfect if that’s all you need. They were clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The pool area was lovely and there were plenty of sun-beds (February though). The pool bar was closed whilst we were there but I think that would make a good addition to the pool side.

Good and helpful contact prior to check in. Nice shower in bathroom and the apartment is comfortable. Overlooks aqualand and balcony is big enough to have a meal comfortably. We would definitely use again.

A decent size apartment with a view to the dolphins in Aqualand, scruffy mess in front of aqualand but nothing that the complex can do about that. The balcony is big enough to comfortably have a meal . Good communication for check in and overall a good place to stay provided you have no mobility issues. WiFi worked well. We would definitely use again.

The cottage is lovely and cozy, with everything you might need. The location is perfect — away from the city noise, yet just a 10-minute walk to the town, beach, and promenade. Aqualand, Siam Park, and Siam Mall are all nearby. The host was very responsive and easy to reach, addressing our requests immediately. Thank you!

The apartment 411 was very big clean and bright. Both bedrooms were big with lots of space to store your belongings. Bathrooms were big and clean. Kitchen had everything you’d need including a washing machine. My favourite part of the apartment was the garden terrace which was huge with 2 sun loungers and a garden patio set and is private. The location was ok. Aqualand was just a few minutes away. Supermarket and pharmacy also a few minutes away. Shops and bars were a 10min walk but with steep hills. Lots of bus routes nearby

Loved the location the grounds were beautiful, around the pool was fabulous, 4/5 shops and supermarket within 5 minute walk, places to eat nearby if you dont fancy walking or going into town, super close to aqualand, siam park and siam mall we walked over was 25 mins stroll,

Great location, close to shops, restaurants and beaches and only 15 min walk to Aqualand. Fully equipped apartment, everything you’d need including beach towels. They even had toys, nappies, (swim and ordinary), beach toys and beach umbrella which was brilliant for a family with a 1 year old.
