Everything and specially the staff

The property exceeded our expectations, super cozy environment, everything was clean, amazing breakfast and very helpful hosts. Highly recommend it and will definitely come back!

Super accommodating staff - location is perfect for skiing - super clean comfy room - great breakfast

Location: The parking was right in front of the chalet. The reception was exceptional.

Very cozy and welcoming hotel!

Great hotel, lovely food and wine too

The host waited long after checkin hours for my arrival, and stored my bike safely

The hotel staff is very friendly and supportive, right from reception to room service to bar/restaurants. The swimming pool is well-maintained. Food is also good.

Extremely friendly and helpful service. Lovely breakfast and short walk to slopes. Really enjoyed.

Excellent location. Spotlessly clean friendly staff. Safe motorcycle parking

This little gem of a hotel can not be recommended highly enough! We loved every minute of our stay here. The staff were exceptional. Thanks Hotel Jaume 🫶

Don’t know where to start! Spacious, very clean room. Comfortable bed. Very helpful, highly professional staff. Excellent breakfast, super dinners. The hotel being so close to the ski lifts made us skiing practically to the door.

Lovely traditional hotel. Really enjoyed staying here and will go back. Restaurant was excellent!

It was a hotel where I needed one.

Check in was the easiest we have ever done! We received a code and could use it to enter to our room. Breakfast was delicious and with a lot of options. The hotel is super cute and the area is quiet.

MOST FRIENDLY STAF AND GREAT HOTEL WITH THE BEST FACILITIIES I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.

The choice of food for both dinner and breakfast were very good - especially the dinner buffet which was excellent. The staff in the restaurant were exceptionally attentive, courteous and efficient and made us feel very welcome. The mountain view from our room was quite stunning

A great place to relax and enjoy silence

Nice, small village. The receptionist was kind.

The views from our balcony. Breakfast was prepared at the moment, coffee and toasts or pa amb tomàquet and cheese or fuet, fresh fruits...and croissant. Peaceful and silent place.

Beautiful place, gorgeous surroundings, not too crowded

Good location just off the main road. Helpful and responsive staff. The room was comfortable and with everything you need. Priced very honestly as well.
