The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, polite, and professional. They were always welcoming and happy to help, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The bed was large and comfortable, with fresh, clean bedding. The lifts were always available, and the restaurant was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again and give it 10 out of 10.

Everything was great, from the breakfast to the staff and room. The only downside was the lack of pillow options. But not a complaint from my side.

Clean throughout. Great staff, particularly Amy who worked in the bar. Had the opportunity to speak with some of the management staff. Will probably book the facility for some training/ conference next year

We had a large room with balcony and AC, it was really nice and comfortable. The food at downstairs restaurant was really good and staff was nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again! Overall was much better than we ever expected.

The food was truly exceptional and delicious Everything was cooked to perfection. So I wasn’t surprised when our breakfast was also perfectly cooked and very tasty. The hotel is excellent and our suite was great with an amazing view. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Very good staff especially at the reception. Mr Ioannis was very polite and accommodated all my inquiries with enthusiasm during the check in. The room and the facilities combining with the central location, was an excellent value for money.

I love the view from our Windows at the lake. In every step of the day you could see a different Sky. The staff is very kind. I try the pub inside the hotel and was good too. If you want you could go to the activity all arounf the lake. I hope to enjoy another staying here in the future. Rebecca

Our main praise is for the night staff guy with a beard,on June 6th we got stuck at the theatre in milton keynes our booked car left as we were 30 mins late ending yhe show I rang the hotel,this staff member ordered a car to come and get us. Great service,needs a bonus

Quintessential English village property within a pretty village square. Large comfortable clean room and super friendly staff. Pity I was only staying overnight
