I went to the hotel way before i should have booked in and yet i received a lovely welcome and was given a room immediately. I had just come from a long overnight flight so that was fantastic. My room was huge, comfortable and clean. Everything exceeded my expectations and more. thank you.

Absolutely stunning building in a great location. Very spacious room with comfortable beds and excellent bathroom facilities. An easy walk into the city and tourist attractions.

Historic mansion. The rooms were small but clean. The bed was comfortable.

They were absolutely lovely, the water wasnt hot due to plumbing works, but within an hour or so i was hot, plus they offered me freebies for the inconvenience. The older buildings hold such character and these things happen, but the professional manner and care was above and beyond.

The hotel is excellen. It is located near all amenities, easy to get from the station (10 mins walk) and has its own spa centre. The breakfast was one of the best (although expensive if paid separately) and the room was very good. The bed was very comfortable, so I highly recommend this accommodation.

Great central location, very convient for a night out, near the theatre, bars and restaurants. Lots of staff available at check-in and comfortable bed, good size room and very clean. Very hot day 30 degrees plus, Brilliant air con!
