rooms are super quiet, the gym one of the best i’ve ever seen in a hotel, the spa with sauna just amazing and the pool was so huge, so you can really use it for swimming. and everything is so clean! the location is super convenient with the access to the mall, the mrt and many bus stops infront of the hotel. no waiting at the elevator, which is really amazing considering the hundreds of rooms… so nothing to complain about! really worth every cent!

The room is perfectly clean every day. The staff is lovely and enthusiastic. Every piece of equipment in the room is really convenient and the view is wonderful. The location is also perfect as it's right next to Hung Hom station.

Helpful staff, great location and large rooms for Hong Kong

Hotel was clean with good location. Staffs were friendly & helpful. Will definitely choose to stay in this hotel for my next trip in HK. Highly recommended!

It was so clean, the house keeper man was friendly. The room was large! Bed super comfy, nice linen.... location right beside Prince Edward. Really impressed & will definitely stay here upon my return to HK!

Lucy was very gracious and cheerful. Though she spoke little English, you just need to do a little more effort and everything will be ok. She was very helpful and hospitable. The place was really small but cozy. Super recommended if you are in a budget. The place is right at the center of Mongkok and close to all the good places for shopping and dining. Best of all, it's very near Prince Edward MTR station ( few minutes walk only, I swear), so it's pretty accessible if you want to go different places. GoTyme card was also accepted in the MTR and the City Buses so pretty convenient. If I return to Hongkong, I'll definitely book M Plus again. Highly recommended.
