The staff were very polite and helpful. They kept my luggage for me after I checked out. The hotel is nice, new, and clean. The location is good, close enough to Central and most of the major sites. I loved the breakfast, including all the different breakfast options they give you. I tried the Sunrise breakfasts and the Japanese breakfast, both of which were delicious! A lot of variety. I am happy it wasn't a buffet breakfast. This way, you can receive your own personal, warm breakfast and don't have to fight for space in buffet lines.

Everything was very good,we had great stay,nice restaurants and shops when you just cross the road.Visit "goose"restaurant next to hotel and swimming pool with great view on the top.

Very well located for my purpose and very near to Sheung Wan metro station. Plenty of good food everywhere.

Friendly and helpful staffs, Idle (young female staff) helped me to book Bullet Train ticket, also gave me the gifts from her Taiwan trip, makes me so homely and welcomed. That's why I come back to stay for an other 10 days.

Staff where incredibly kind and friendly and the room was comfy. for 3 nights in HK it was perfect. the place was clean and the Wifi is good. 100% worth a stay

The room is adequate for the price, the bathroom had the amenities for a confortable shower and the location made everything easier, being very close to bus, ferries, local attractions and local food places. The breakfast was adequate for the price paid. What stood out was Henry, member of the staff. He was more than amazing on my stay, giving me advices to eat like a local and even borrowing his umbrella in a rainy day. I will recommend with eyes closed due this member of the staff the stay on the sohotel! He is a superstar on the treatment of the guests!

Excellent location. Interconnecting rooms were a bonus. Very clean. All day tea, coffee and water appreciated. OJ, bread and hot drinks in the mornings were enough to get us going.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic - right in the centre of town and walkable everywhere in Central and Sheung Wan. The room is comfortable and good quality mattresses with spotlessly clean linen

Staff were very helpful, room was modern and enjoyed that there was cleaning every day. Location is good as it’s near plenty of stations and there’s loads of restaurants and small stores nearby. Would stay again!

What a lovely hotel. A small nice studio with separate sitting room & kichenette. Very exclusive. Full performance air conditionning; very nice room wiev, friendly staff, several small restaurants around especially almost next door very small Japanese Restaurant made me very happy. Being 33 years frequent traveller to HK; 3-4 times a year, I must say this is one of the nicest hotel I hv ever stayed. Voucher using for breakfast around the hotel selection is also a nice experience

From the moment of check in until the check out the staff was treating us truly exceptionally. They were so kind and so welcoming that it made our stay unforgettable. The location is great, close to train station and metro. This will definitely be a hotel that we will return to!

Honestly an outstanding hotel in Hong Kong, worth every penny. The view is breathtaking and the value for money really good. Roof top terrace is amazing, too. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Super close to public transport!

Great place clean easy access, 7eleven close for coffee or snacks

Walking distance from IFC (airport express station), one station away from Central MTR, super good location. We walked back 15mins after countdown at Chater Road. We were grateful to be gifted free snacks, drinks & a bottle of wine for the festive ❤️ clean room with polite staff 🥰 very near to Hang Heung to get the HK goodies or Wing On dept. shop to get the essentials 👍🏼

Staff was amazing, room was great, location central enough, luggage storage provided, a nice common lounge, felt extremely secure. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
