Rooms are really spacious and easily accommodated 2 adults and 2 teens. The fittings are high quality and the bathroom was really big. Comfortable beds and I loved the blinds that allowed you to have complete black-out. Location to MTR is so convenient - you can be in Admiralty in 10 minutes and Central in 15. Staff are all super friendly and helpful, especially the concierge staff.

This hotel is amazing! We stayed here for two nights with our 5-year old son. The hotel and its rooms are luxurious and very comfortable. The view is beautiful, breakfast offers many choices and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. It's designed for parents with children.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel The Arca during our holiday in Hong Kong from October 2 to 13, 2025. The hotel is located in the Southside district, just a five-minute walk from Wong Chuk Hang MTR station. There’s a beautiful shopping mall nearby with plenty of dining options, which made everything very convenient. We traveled as a group of four and booked two connecting rooms. The rooms are spacious, tidy, and clean, and the bathroom is also generously sized with a lovely rain shower. One small downside is that there’s only one narrow wardrobe with a hanging section. For a short stay, this isn’t a problem, but for a 12-day visit, it would be nice to be able to hang up clothes instead of keeping them in suitcases. That said, our stay was truly enjoyable. We stayed on the 32nd floor, and Janet from housekeeping made sure our rooms were spotless every day. She was friendly and very helpful – it’s such a pleasure to return to a clean room after a day out. A special shout-out goes to Vincent and his Concierge team: Sunny, Anthony, Elaine, Cody, and Peter. They were always available, no matter the time of day. Always friendly, approachable, and helpful, greeting us with a warm smile every time. Thanks to them, we felt welcome every single day. Extra tip: If you want to avoid the busy Tsim Sha Tsui area, take the MTR just one stop past the hotel and get off at Lei Tung in Ap Lei Chau. It’s wonderfully quiet and peaceful, not touristy at all – just locals and great food. Sushi Express, located above the market, is definitely worth a visit! Hotel The Arca is a fantastic hotel with excellent service and friendly staff. We absolutely recommend it and will definitely book it again when we return to Hong Kong!

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and very well equipped. The staff was very professionally, super well trained and kind. Breakfast was very tasty. The gym has everything you meed for a good workout session. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to public transportation and numerous shopping possibilities. Highly recommend this little gem.

The location of the hotel was great. There was so much to do in just a minute's walk from the hotel. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. We've seen some very small Hong Kong hotel rooms before, but this room's size wasn't small at all.

Dorsett chain of hotels are always up to standard, providing great service by a helpful team. A great location as well, just next to a tram station. Definitely will stay back here if I visit Hong Kong again.

The room is very spacious. The staff are very accommodating. We like the area.

The location was brilliant. Housekeeping lady was very friendly. The hotel is old but very clean, and also feeling very luxury for the price & the room's space are good and big.

Rooftop bar was nice and room was spacious. Breakfast was ok - not much choice but all fine. Room service refilled water bottles & coffee pods (nespresso machine inside the room was amazing).

The location is fantastic, very close to public transport (MRT, trams, buses to the airport...), also very close to shops, restaurants and street market to buy affordable fruits. Behind the hotel there are two laundromats so we were able to easily wash our clothes. The staff was friendly too.

We liked everything in the hotel. We got more than we expected. That is also true for the room space. There was enough space for everything, for comfortable stay. Shower gel and shampoo, tea and coffee were given everyday. Very comfortable room. Although our room looked at the street we slept very well. Well-equipped. There are microwaves in the common room on the first floor. No noise from neighbors. Very clean, no insects.
