Very clean , amazing staff members in all departments, delicious with more option breakfast. My children enjoyed heated pool.Close to the MRT and Ocean Park Resort.

There was Continental Breakfast each morning, which is nice, however, there's no variety. That's our only complaint, but it is definitely minor compared to the rest of the positives.

It was very beautiful, very clean. Staff came every morning to change the towels and do the bed. Reception staff were very friendly and professional. I missed my connection flight when arriving so I arrived ine day later and did not stay the first night and they were very efficient on the phone call and refunded me the first night. It has a gym area which was very small and did not have many equipments and usually only one person at a time can workout but it was alright. Public transpost was super easy. Right in front of the door was a bus station. 2 minutes walking a tram station and 9 minutes walking to wan chai MTR station.

Breakfast doesn't really much option. not worth paying breakfast with the same foods. staff was GREAT,

The property was very conveniently located to the MTR station less than five minutes walk. All under cover walkway. There were plenty of food outlets next the hotel….particularly the recently constructed South Side mall.

Great location, price was reasonable, room was ‘compact’ staff were very helpful. Good kettle and small fridge in room were very handy.

Clean and tidy and superbly placed. Free shuttle bus to Causeway a bonus. You can catch the tram and buses outside and well within walking distance to most places to visit.

Excellent in every way. The location cannot be better! Public transport literally across the street. Lots of local eateries and convenient stores. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent value for money, and yes the room/bathroom are large!

Everything! For once, the staff spoke fluent English. Much to our relief. I urge everyone to live around the causeway bay area as first time tourists. Much much more options there.

The location was super convenient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They treated us very well throughout our stay. What impressed me most was that even after we checked out, they kindly offered to store our luggage until 10 PM, which made our stay in Hong Kong so much easier and more enjoyable. The price was also very reasonable for the level of service and overall experience. In my opinion, the hotel offers excellent value for money and high-quality service. I had a really pleasant experience here and would definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Hong Kong. Highly recommended!

I love this place with all my heart. A very interesting area, typical beautiful Hong Kong in any direction from the hotel. Lots of food and shops and markets around. You can walk by foot to many interesting places. You can take a ride on the iconic tram, the stop is very close. The subway is also close. There are different rooms inside, but I am faithful to the economy single room with a column; surprisingly, this column does not interfere with sleep at all. Very cute little balcony. Small beautiful and comfortable bathroom. Wonderful rooftop terrace to spend the evening on if you're a smoker like me. The street is perhaps quite noisy, but a closed balcony door copes well with this noise. There is air conditioning and it works great. There is also an option to store your luggage if you arrive early or leave late.

We liked everything in the hotel. We got more than we expected. That is also true for the room space. There was enough space for everything, for comfortable stay. Shower gel and shampoo, tea and coffee were given everyday. Very comfortable room. Although our room looked at the street we slept very well. Well-equipped. There are microwaves in the common room on the first floor. No noise from neighbors. Very clean, no insects.
