Hotel is clean, comfortable, the complimentary snack bar is interesting. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is next to an aquarium and a water park, so many families stay here. Train station is near by (5 mins walk).

The room was incredible. The view was spectacular and the bed and furnishings - the linens and robes and towels very good - the food - Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner & Tea were all outstanding. Excellent staff at every turn - room service and maids - concierge and check-in - restaurants and management - an incredible staff - leadership should be very proud.

A great hotel at a great price. The rating is simply 10/10. A beautiful hotel in a great location, just minutes from the metro station. The view from the window is one of the best I've ever seen. The room itself is also very nice and well-appointed. The bathroom is beautiful. The service is top-notch. I can't say anything more than recommend it to anyone traveling to Hong Kong.

Very clean and tidy room. Provided with two cans of water each day which was nice. On arrival my room was upgraded a tier for free which was a pleasant surprise. Convenient shuttle bus to and from Hong Kong station. Had all the amenities to be comfortable, AC, air purifiers, adjustable lighting, blinds, hair dryer, mini fridge.

Everything is walking distance in Causeway Bay. Love the access at your fingertips

The location pecfect to move around all the attractions I did want to go, public transportation super easy to take to go everywhere, easier to arrive and departure to the airport! The building inside itself was great! Thanks!🤩

We had the most wonderful stay at the Dorsett. From the kids welcome pack, daily refreshments, lolly hour for the kids, buffet breakfast and a very helpful late checkout time for our children to have a day sleep before an overnight flight home. Highly Recommend the Dorsett and will be telling everyone who visits hk to stay there.

When we were checking in the staff was very friendly and assisted us with our luggage. When checking out the staff also kindly assisted us with calling a cab. The room was sufficiently well furbished. We were able to open up 2 medium luggages with some rearrangement and there was also 2 seating areas and a luggage stand provided. The location of the hotel is highly convenient being just a short 5 - 10 min walk away from the main Causeway Bay Area and there are a lot of marts and good eateries around. Overall a good location if you like staying near shopping area and good eateries!

Breakfast at Regal Hong Kong Cafe is excellent, and its Hong Kong–style milk tea is a must-try. The staff are friendly and attentive, going out of their way to help; they even offered me a complimentary upgrade. The gentlenman, who may be the manager, was very nice, polite and helpful when I asked for assistance.

I’ve been staying at Hotel Indigo Hong Kong for years, and this certainly wasn’t my first visit — every time I return, it feels just as special as the first. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to everything. The rooms are always spotlessly clean, modern, and comfortable. The location was super convenient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They treated us very well throughout our stay. What impressed me most was that even after we checked out, they kindly offered to store our luggage until 10 PM, which made our stay in Hong Kong so much easier and more enjoyable. The price was also very reasonable for the level of service and overall experience. In my opinion, the hotel offers excellent value for money and high-quality service. I had a really pleasant experience here and would definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Hong Kong. Highly recommended!

We liked everything in the hotel. We got more than we expected. That is also true for the room space. There was enough space for everything, for comfortable stay. Shower gel and shampoo, tea and coffee were given everyday. Very comfortable room. Although our room looked at the street we slept very well. Well-equipped. There are microwaves in the common room on the first floor. No noise from neighbors. Very clean, no insects.
