Floor manager Steve is the best! Very attentive and fully understand our needs. We’ve booked this hotel for our wedding weekend with a few families from overseas stay there too. Steve treated us like his family. Looked after us very well.

Very beautiful, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, excellent location, great service.

First time staying at Four Seasons Hong Kong and we had an amazing experience. Our high-floor harbour view room was beautiful, spotless and very comfortable. We stayed for our 10th wedding anniversary and really appreciated the cake and drinks arranged for us. The spa was fantastic and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and attentive. Great location close to IFC Mall, Central Market and Hong Kong Station. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Comfy bed, the room is overall very clean, good location & easy access to MTR Sheung Wan station, very friendly & helpful staffs, the provided simple breakfast is good

Everything as in other reviews, good value for money as for Hongkong standards

Excellent location. Interconnecting rooms were a bonus. Very clean. All day tea, coffee and water appreciated. OJ, bread and hot drinks in the mornings were enough to get us going.

This is our second time visiting The Figo this year and we will be back next time we’re in HK. Excellent location, cosy, clean rooms, lovely reception space with a self-service bar for coffee & drinks, and a terrace. They upgraded our room to a suite as we were celebrating a special occasion, which we really appreciated.

The view to the botanical garden and the city is beautiful

Perfect location to explore Hong Kong island, comfortable and clean room and the staff was very nice and helpful.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic - right in the centre of town and walkable everywhere in Central and Sheung Wan. The room is comfortable and good quality mattresses with spotlessly clean linen

Excellent ambience, staff and location. Really close to the old town and loads of spots for great food. Staff were extremely helpful and assisted with any request or need. Highly recommend.

Clean facilities, friendly staff, excellent location, and plenty of room size compared to other hotels in the area.

Super friendly staff, great character to the brand, nice freebies, well thought out, and good amenities both in-room and in building.

Comfortable bed. Comfortable room, perfect location, friendly staff, helpful staff, optional sauna was very enjoyable.

What a lovely hotel. A small nice studio with separate sitting room & kichenette. Very exclusive. Full performance air conditionning; very nice room wiev, friendly staff, several small restaurants around especially almost next door very small Japanese Restaurant made me very happy. Being 33 years frequent traveller to HK; 3-4 times a year, I must say this is one of the nicest hotel I hv ever stayed. Voucher using for breakfast around the hotel selection is also a nice experience
