This was out third stay at this hotel, excellent location, room size (suites), excellent and helpful staff.

The staff were very polite and helpful. They kept my luggage for me after I checked out. The hotel is nice, new, and clean. The location is good, close enough to Central and most of the major sites. I loved the breakfast, including all the different breakfast options they give you. I tried the Sunrise breakfasts and the Japanese breakfast, both of which were delicious! A lot of variety. I am happy it wasn't a buffet breakfast. This way, you can receive your own personal, warm breakfast and don't have to fight for space in buffet lines.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very attentive, polite, and always willing to help. Service was smooth from check-in to check-out. Location very convenient, can take "ding ding che" to causeway bay, wan zhai , zhong huan eg.

We love the location very much. There is a small park for kids that is located just around the corner. Stores and restaurants are just a walk away.

That’s a very stylish and comfortable hotel. We enjoyed everything the hotel provided us with.

The location, the style, the faculities

Perfect location and lovely staff who helped us out such a lot with itinerary, bookings etc. The rooms are very good value for money especially if you’re traveling in a large family group and need multiple rooms. There is coffee and toiletries available in the reception area. If you’re looking for somewhere with lots of facilities, pool etc then this is not your place, but if you want somewhere with a lovely local touch, perfect base for exploring Hong Kong, then this is one of the best choices in central Hong Kong! We’ve stayed here several times and always enjoy it!

The location! I could pretty much walk to any of the major transport locations including the Peak and ferry terminals! The staff were super friendly and helpful and went out of their way to accomodate my requests!

Modern rooms with a sci fi feel, we loved it. With all conveniences you need.

Good hotel, good view, everybody is very friendly

The best R&R option for couples. Breakfast great, beds awesome, room cleaning and desk service both good. I read a few gripes about breakfast in other reviews and I found it to be fine: consider the room price and other hotels’ offerings- this breakfast is very good. Rooms are not damp but the air is humid. Local good options abound, location perfect. At some point this hotel will raise its prices and the vfm will become fairer. Presently a very good deal.

Fantastic location, the staff are friendly and helpful. The are plenty of restaurants nearby and shop too if you like shopping. Easy to move around and walking distance to MTR station.

Stayed one night in Hong Kong to prepare for a meeting the next morning. Enjoyed a fantastic breakfast at the café downstairs, used the complimentary coupon for a coffee, and loved the free in-room mini-bar. The newly renovated property offers a premium experience—highly satisfying! Location-wise, it's right across from Shun Tak Centre, which is incredibly convenient for the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal. I honestly can't find any flaws for now.
