The room is spacious, but not very clean specially the bathroom needs maintenance.

bed was comfy. The bath tub was big. the food was delicious at the Asian restaurant.

The room was well lit and clean. Food was good and up to expectations and they delivered it quickly. Helpful staff and receptionist.

Staff of the hotel was mostly professional especially the receptionist Krishan whose skill of dealing with the customers is really comfortable.

Warm Welcome, Super Clean, Experienced Chef Mr. Kundan, Humble Owner Mr. Suraj and Caretaker. All of them go last mile to serve and help their Guest feel better as a Home. Food is just Awsome and Delicious along with Reasonable prices compare to other loots in Hotels.

No complimentry breakfast was served. Parking was a problem. Even outside vehicles were not allowed without parking charge. There is no lift to go upside. It was really an issue, as my mom (aged 80) faced so many problems.

The location is ideal. Close to main attractions but also set back away from the road so less noise. The staff were fantastic... friendly and very helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. We were even given a free upgrade for our family stay. We would definitely choose to stay there again.

Ease of checking in and out. Location. Service. Old school elevator may be scary for some, but personally enjoyed it.

Room was very small i want family room because i choose and i want i pay family room when i was check in around 1.30 am they said family room is already sold out and i told you in advance 9 PM already talked with hotel they said yes you booked family room please come family room is booked for you they told me please come . Staff behavior was unprofessional .. I always prefer booking.com its humble request to you please initiate my refund they charge 3900 incl taxes rupees for 7 hours . its totally unfair please look at this matter and refund my money i trust booking.com

Staff members was too help full And room was very neat and clean Butter breakfast to yummy Perfect place for family's Staff behavior was good all are very helpful Mostly we travel in a week 2-3 times but I'm not satisfied other hotel but hotel downtown it was great staff food cleaning all are too good I'm specially recommend this property for corporate and family specially for working women.
