Firstly, the hotel is brand new. The room is spacious, clean and all new equipment. Especially the AC is great! Secondly, the location is great and easy to reach. Just walk around 15 min to Cagliari train station (to airport) and ARST bus station (to some beaches) It is a straight road and easy to walk. Most of road is covered. Moreover, the hotel in the main road and close to CTM bus stop ( to some beaches) which around 5 min walk. Furthermore, the hotel is close to many landmark buildings and restaurants which around 5 min walk. Thirdly, the hotel owners are very nice and helpful. They prepared breakfast and coffee. Cappuccino and Italian bread is so good! I will come back next summer!
