Everything was excellent. The location is outstanding—very close to Gangnam Station. The staff were exceptional: professional, friendly, and extremely helpful, especially with calling taxis. As I am visiting from California, locating places can sometimes be challenging, even though I speak Korean. The room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained. Overall, a highly pleasant and comfortable stay.

Good location and good staff. Unfortunately the trash can of my room still not cleanup when I was check in.

Great value for money, the room was very spacious and had a washer/dryer combo, kitchenette and was very clean. The staff were all super friendly everyday, especially when we had a young kid and infant. They had all the baby facilities like a cot and baby bath tub. Best of all, there's a connecting shop with food and shopping with surprisingly yummy restaurants and out favourite fresh aunty Anne's and milk Bar como. We would definitely come again.
