The room was gorgeous. I was upgraded to suite for no clear reason and everyone was so kind and so accommodating! The bed was so comfortable I passed out moments after lying down.

Excellent hotel as usual, with special thanks to the extremely friendly and helpful staff : Eslam as concierge and Magner. The location inside the shopping mall, with lots of restaurants and close to the sea walks is great, rooms are huge and modern and breakfast is gorgeous.

The hotel is new and very clean. I loved it very much but is is a bit far from the centre. Other than that, every thing was perfect.

Unprofessional way to deal with customer , before less than one day from the arrival they informed that they maintenance in the hotel a decided to shift me to their other branch in other location which i didnot like like but tje time was too short to find other hotel in such short motice
