Mountain view of the room and food

Amazing mountain views and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location at the top of Shymbulak is stunning and very peaceful.

This hotel is for those people who wants to stay far from city noise as this is on the Mountain area so busses are not here only taxi. I love the staff they are ready to help you anytime of the day or night they are just wonderful! My experience with staff was just like family. I will definitely come back here and I will asks my mates to go here. 100% Rooms are spacious with balconies.

Very clean, nice restaurant with good quality food. Service was excellent, specifically Yeldos was very helpful.

Love the scenery, the running river in front of our camp. Area was very very clean. Walking distance to Shymbulak Mountain cable car counter.. Cooling atmosphere at night, thanks to the heater that kept us warm through the night.

Just close to mountains but in between not in the mountains nor in the city so it was a bit challenging

The setup was absolutely perfect! We stayed as a big group, and it somehow managed to strike that rare balance between being super social and still giving everyone their own personal space to unwind. The location was incredibly peaceful tucked away in a tranquil area that felt like a total escape from the chaos of everyday life. Whether you wanted to hang out with the crew or just chill and recharge on your own, it delivered on every front. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot!
