This is the oldest 5 star hotel in Mongolia, historic venue beautifully renovated. Reception staff, house keeping staff and restaurant staff are all welcoming and very professional. Reception staff helped us book taxi to visit the city and go to the airport. The room as clean and comfortable. Totally recommended their Landmark Restaurant at the 1st floor. Main touristic locations can be reached by taxi whereas the city's square is just a 5min walk from the hotel.

We arrived in a morning time and they were so kind to give us free check-in much earlier. Staff was very friendly so we enjoy our stay! Great price, amazing location! There is a nice massage salone in tje basement.

The bed was comfortable. Location was good, within walking distance to restaurants and malls. The language barrier was a bit of a problem as the staff can not speak English. The room was cleaned every day, and I liked that.

affordable hotel that doesnt look or feel cheap at all, big and pretty rooms :3 heating couldnt be turned off tho which made me feel a bit sick and there was no porridge or dairy free products in breakfast. spouse once threw a public tantrum here so sorry guys

Great location and breakfast , clean and nice people

It was just great in so many ways. The location is amazing, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was terrific with an amazing view. Level 25 is a great place to chill, enjoy a hearty meal a cocktail or two and the most wonderful view of the city and the mountains.

After a few months staying in humbler accommodation, we treated ourselves. The location is superb for getting around hard-to-get-around UB.

Hotel do not exist. Cost me taxi fare looking for hotel with wrong location and finally discover it does not exist anymore. Should I sue my losses to booking.com? Cannot get accommodation that day because other UB hotels are full that period

We stopped overnight to break up our flight. Very comfortable beds. A great shower. Safe and nice hotel. We ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely. Would recommend
