room was okay okay - manageable

We were there second time and everything was so good like in a first time.

Quite comfortable room, clean and ready. Good service and helpful stuff. Late checking ability.

Good location, super clean, good food in restaurant on 5th floor.

Traffic in UB is crazy so for our needs Ibis (not centre located) was just great. the staff is very kind and professional. there is a café should you have some business meetings. and you can print your docs in the business centre without any hassle. I am glad I picked Ibis, could not be better.

Location proximity to malls and restaurant.The Staff is very nice especially the Manager Suvd,she was always available to assist physically and via Whats App.

The staff were all lovely, my phone had broken and we went the day before just to check that's where id booked. So helpful. Any hoo was really well surprised in a good way, the room had a minibar, tv ,nice big shower charging points etc but the price was fab, 52 dollars for the 2 of us . well chuffed. The only downsize was it was further away from the bus station , but obviously that's not their fault. Felt very comfortable there and found the staff were friendly and helpful. Also they can change small amounts of dollars to mat with a good rate. If i was going to Mongolia again i would defo stay here.

The room was comfortable and well appointed. The front desk staff are exceptional. I needed help finding lost luggage. The 15th Floor Korean Restaurant was good value (if you like Korean food), the buffet breakfast was good quality and worth using.

A very well kept Traditional themed apartment, with a fully stocked kitchen. The views are amazing, with 2 balconies. Lots of sunshine, Very clean and well maintained. This Hotel also has the restaurant from the movie "The Godfather" If you need anything the staff will assist you.

The location was fine with catching the bus.
