bad service, it is still under construction, the picture is fake and the people cancel the reservation the day before we arrive , but the bad network on the way i can’t receive the message on time! please go to other hotels

Loved that it was close to airport. Pool was amazing.

Gorgeous room and hotel, beautiful location and some of the best service I have ever received! I loved all the little extras, like the kettle in my room to have tea in the evening/morning. The restaurant and food available was prepared with care and super delicious. I also did an extra temazcal/massage, which was lovely.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and supportive particularly because I was unwell. The place was super clean and so comfortable. There is also air con if you need and a tv! I can't comment too much on the area because I couldn't explore much, but where I did go felt really safe and locals were really friendly. Also in terms of the breakfast, I honestly thought it was great. The breakfast time window is big and basically also covers lunch too, and in my opinion there was great selection and quantity of food was perfect. The staff are very attentive too.

I had a fantastic and relaxing stay. It was nice to escape the hustle and bustle of the city for a few nights. The staff were very friendly and breakfast in the morning was delicious! The hotel is only a 5-7 minute away from the market and there are lots of studios to pop into on the way. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend.

Great value for price! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We booked the hotel last minute during a very busy season (Dia de los Muertos), and it had exceeded our expectations. Great place with very helpful and kind stuff! Cleanliness of the room like in a 5-star hotel.

The staff were very kind and helpful, the breakfast was delicious and the courtyard area is lovely. The staff fixed the shower as soon as we asked.

Nice helpful people-- who felt bad about the Booking misunderstanding (see below) about breakfast and made me today and coffee!, Funky rather baroque decor, quiet street,, comfortable bed, pristine linens, lots of closet space and benches for luggage.

Spotlessly clean, everything we could want for a base to explore Oaxaca. The location was great and the property itself was beautiful and traditional.
