The hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. I had trouble calling my car rental company so they called them and connected them to my room. I thought that was great.

Very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Food was top of the range (Julia in the bar was excellent :)). I cannot fault this hotel on anything!. Also very close to tram stop or walking distance from old town. Decor is trendy

Directly at the mainstation of Krakow. 10 Min. walk to the old city, everything is close to the hotel. Room was all clean and top modern (tablet in the room to control lights etc.) Comfortable bed +Pillows. Staff was friendly. At the beginning there was an Wi-fi problem and they had an super fast solution for it. We'll come back :-)
