We absolutely loved location of the hotel and our room which was massive. Staff was very friendly and professional. Especially at the reception - young men provided us with exceptionally high customer service.

The room was huge and it was 50m away from pedestrian center area. Totally recommend it

Good location next to shops (like Lidl). Free parking. Big room (bedroom, bathroom and separate room with sofa, armchair and TV). Tasty breakfast! I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent in all aspects. The friendliness of all the staff exceeds on all levels. Both at reception (thank you Milika and the rest of the staff for the help provided), Spa and restaurant. Outstanding spa. Food quality also extraordinary, both at dinner and breakfast. The variety at breakfast is limited, but it makes up for the quality of the food.

Nice hotel. Position excellent for transit to Poland. Spacious, clean rooms. Parking near the entrance. Pretty good food. Satisfying quality/price ratio.

The people are wonderful. We had troubles with our car and arrived very late. They picked us op at the garage and gave us an upgrade. The hotel and breakfast was great and we decided to stay longer and will definitely come back.

The staff were amazing. Two big parties on, fully booked restaurant, but they still managed to feed me! Also, they put my bike in a safe place... the staff are the heart of this place and they all deserve a big bonus!

This is above extraordinary. If I could give more than 10 points, I would! That beautiful castle 🏰 😍. With such an exciting history - the super friendly host gave us a tour. The room was clean and lovely. The park is so beautiful. This was one of the best accommodations I ever had. We will definitely come back!
