Hotels near Kata View Point, Kata Beach

My partner and I had such a great time at Lady Naya. Before booking we had carefully read the reviews and I must say the good turned out to be very good. Location is great (not in the hustle bustle yet still very accessible. We had a scooter which was perfect, otherwise reception can arrange some transfers to the nearest beach and more). Breakfast was great, the swimming pool very enjoyable and the staff was really super helpful in helping with booking some of our activities, the scooter, sharing some tips and honestly just nice to talk to. I highly recommend.

1. Location! Beach Kata is around the corner, beach Kata noi is ~15 mins away on foots, airport can be reached within 1-1.5 h, convenient for exploration of the main touristic sights. Everything necessary is located within a 2-5 min walk, like restaurants/shops/pharmacies/atm/exchange/bars/fresh fruit/salons etc 2. Lovely Staff! Made me feel like home! Attentive and caring, thank you. 🙏🏼 3. Clean! Never came across any insect. Not a single bite. The rooms are cleaned daily. 4. The rooms are large! Have good ACs that are not directed to beds, awesome! Enough of storage space as well, which is great when sharing the room with a second person and just allows not to live out of suitcase and avoid mess. 5. Elevator, books in many languages, good breakfast, tubs in the bathrooms, balconies, wifi everywhere.

I booked this very last minute because my hotel in Karon was very noisy at night and I couldn't sleep and I had to find somewhere new immediately. I messaged kata beachwalk hotel after making the booking requesting the quietest room they had. I arrived almost 2 hours before check in time and they kindly let me check in and because of my request they upgraded me to a bungalow where the staff said was very very quiet. They were so kind and after an awful first night in Phuket in the other hotel, they really brightened my day (and holiday!) the bungalow was big and spacious, the bed was comfortable. It's not super luxurious (the shower is a wet room rather than a separate shower and toilet) but if you're looking for peace and quiet, amazing staff and to be near the beach (2 mins walk!) but away from lots of tourists and busyness this is perfect. They also let me check out an hour later which was great for my late flight. They provide beach towels too which was a great touch.

Loved the rooms, pool and grounds. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is great, 10 minute walk to the beach as well as many restaurants.

Been coming here since 2019 and I enjoy it everytime. Became real close with the owners and staff, and they always welcome me with open arms everytime i come. Love the relaxing and peaceful atmosphere of the resort, and there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Cant wait to come again next year

The Guest house is kept very clean. The staff work very hard, the laundry service is excellent. The owners are very nice people! I became sick with a cold they offered to get me medicine, a doctor anything I needed. My back and hip were killing me after moving my home and 26 hour flight from LAX the owners saw stairs were very hard for me and moved EVERYTHING to new room on 1st floor. They even got me a new larger refrigerator when they saw I was storing a lot of food and water. They provided free coffee, tea, toast, jellies 2 bottles of water, fresh towels, changed bed EVERY day I highly recommend this property!!! Excellent location, quiet neighborhood, close to everything 👌

Отличные ,приватные домики(виллы) с личными бассейнами. Так же хороший общий бассейн. Территория очень ухоженная. Отличный персонал и уборка. Останавливались здесь уже раз 7 и каждый раз хочется вернуться обратно. Первый раз останавливались ещё в 2013 году. Спасибо персоналу и менеджерам за такой подход.
