Great location, lovely room, awesome shower and it was great to also have a bath to relax in.

Property was very lovely, location was good, 3 mins walk to nearby Cupertino Village where there was a supermarket and many restaurants (good food, esp the roast duck). Easy to book uber or Lyft rides to the property to fetch us. The room looked very nice, very well maintained and spacious for 3 persons, very clean and staff we saw were all very polite. Met the property GM who was a very nice gentlemen to chat with. His staff were all very friendly and helpful too, esp Elizabeth (hope I got her name right, she was the GM’s direct staff). A very lovely lady who went beyond her work scope to help us get the pool view room that we hoped for. Breakfast was good too. Would love to stay at this property again when I next visit SF.

The hotel was ideally located for Apple Park, just a short walk away. The bar was closed but we was directed to a nice British pub nearby which was very good.

Excellent property! Friendly welcoming staff at reception, in the dining and bar area and the cleaning staff. We loved our stay here. Spacious rooms and great parking. The breakfast here was outstanding! We also loved the shared lounge spaces!

Front Desk and hotel staff were kind. My room and facilities were very clean with high attention to detail and care.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We especially appreciated the Nespresso machine, which made our morning more enjoyable, as well as the quality toiletries provided. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Great facilities, the gym was good and I loved that there was free yoga Wednesday mornings, wine certain weekday evenings and free tea and coffee in the lobby area in the mornings

Best Value for your buck. Everything in the room is well kept, new and very clean.

I appreciated that the breakfast was actually available for a while after the posted closing time. My son is not quick to get out of bed most any morning, especially on the morning after a wonderful concert. The spread was delicious, and the coffee bar even had the DaVinci Caramel Jaxon likes at home!

Second time for a USA trip and I use this amazing place. Good and fast check in and good place to stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is huge and amazing

Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices. Room was cleaned very well on an every other day schedule that I had requested. Location was great, close to shopping and my family. Place was very quiet.

This was not the first time we stayed in Hyatt, but it gave us a very good impression. Not only the safe & convenient parking, friendly reception, and good location which’s quite near to Apple, Google and Facebook, but also it has a big kitchen. We loved it so much!We extended another day to welcome our old friends to get together at the hotel cooking supper and quite enjoyed ourselves.

great 9 days stay, comfortable bed, spacious, quiet and clean room with a comfortable living area and kitchenette with stove, mini fridge, toaster and drip coffee machine. there is a laundry room for the exclusive use of guests: it has 2 washing machines ($2.50 for a 40 minute cycle) and 2 dryers ($1.75 for a 45 minute cycle) where I never had problems finding a place. you need coins that you can change at the reception and if you want you can also buy detergent there. there is a fairly well-stocked gym and various cross fitness equipment and underground parking. a 1 minute walk away you can find the Safeway, a bank with ATM and the area is perfect for getting around everywhere. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly, from check-in to check-out, and the cleaning staff has always been nice too. We highly recommend this place!
