I loved the feel of an old mill!!!!

Everything was so clean and the staff was very friendly and welcoming!!!

I was traveling alone and I felt safe and well taken care of. The staff was friendly and easily engaged. They greeted me with open arms, check on me when I returned from my day, and even walked me to the restaurant ( so I could find it easier)

Clean, friendly staff and good location. Right off highway. Pets are free!

Really enjoyed my time at this hotel! I came to see a concert so the hotel’s location was perfect- just across the street from the Arena. The interior looked great with a touch of historical charm, and the stuff were really helpful and responsive! Overall, it was an easy, comfortable stay!

This is a beautiful hotel at a perfect spot in Providence, itself a really nice city worthy of visiting. We had a nice stay, the rooms were clean and spacious.

The location is perfect - five minutes from the airport terminal, yet we didn’t hear any noise from jets taking off or landing. The room was spotless, as was the rest of the property, and the staff were all friendly, polite and very helpful. You can even purchase a real breakfast in the morning for a reasonable price - much better than the mediocre fare you usually get for “free” at other chain hotels.

The staff was so nice to me the cleaing staff membersaw me sitting in the cold crying she came up to me said she would help me and she did she was wonderful and kind to me. . Unfortunately my mom passed away.. I'm from Chicago and have no family but my mother.. with the cost of the funeral it was very expensive. Leaving me with almost nothing. They help me with a discount thank you so much. To the woman with gorgeous red hair at the front desk.

Cleanliness and laundry facility.

We chose this hotel because we had a great experience at another Holiday Inn Express in NYC just a couple of days prior. We weren't disappointed! The standard room was spacious - quite a bit larger than other hotels, with a large flat screen TV and sofa. The room and the entire hotel were clean and well-maintained. The included buffet breakfast was excellent and located in a large area. The breakfast options were consistent with the other hotel we stayed in, ranging from scrambled eggs, sausage, and fried potatoes to pancakes, pastries, bagels, english muffins, yogurt, etc. Staff at reception were pleasant, helpful and efficient. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was very responsive, quick and friendly.

Staff was very friendly not just to us but our pet as well. As far as previous reviews go, our breakfast vouchers included everything from the hot food to the grab-n-go options/cold options. Only thing I paid was gratuity. Pool and gym were open, our room was very well cleaned. Good value for our stay with all the amenities.

I recently visited Rhode Island for the first time to see my boyfriend and had never stayed at this hotel before. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with such genuine warmth and kindness. Every single staff member I encountered provided top-tier customer service. It’s honestly rare to find this level of attentiveness and positivity nowadays, and it made my entire experience even more special. You can tell the manager has built an incredible team. Everyone was friendly, professional, and truly seemed to care about the guests. Seeing customer service done this well genuinely made me so happy. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The location was pretty secluded and in a quiet area but the property was well maintained, the room was clean and spacious with a super comfy bed and good water pressure in the shower. The pool was clean with pretty decorations, delicious hot breakfast and enough variety. Good value for a 1 night stay.
