Very spacious rooms and newly refurbished

Bed was great, extremely comfortable.

Great property, very modern cool room. Super comfortable, great amenities. Great bathroom setup and shower. Nice and quiet. Friendly staff. Safe and free car parking. I wasn't using the airport but opted for here as a safer option than downtown.

Lovely spacious and immaculately clean room. Perfect for transiting through the airport. Helpful staff allowed me to check in early.

The reception was awesome they even called us to ensure we had everything settle up and there was no charge on parking.

We had a family emergency, and they were very flexible with our booking. Will come back here again, they were so kind and accommodating.

It was actually very nice, there was a place to park the car.In general, there is enough parking there.Not far from here I could walk to the museum and other parks, which is very good.

I unfortunately didn't get breakfast i went down to late 😊 but the room was clean the bed was comfortable

Parking and there were staff around which made me feel like my wasn't going to bothered.

Really close to the airport which was great, and food/petrol etc close by. We checked in really late as our flight was delayed so much, but the staff were very accommodating and our (very large!) room was comfy, quiet, and great.

By far the best place to stay in Reno 😍 fantastic room and beautiful restaurant/ bar area . All staff were extremely friendly and very welcoming 🥰

Hard to imagine a more central location without staying inside a casino. Great views of the casinos and excellent 'people watching' from the room. Very large room with excellent sound insulation. Enormous shower; great wifi; the bar is fantastic too.

The transport service within 3 miles was awesome

The front desk staff was awesome. Kind and thoughtful, and had lots of jokes. They really made it great.
