Excellent staff, really helpful and supportive even at a time of high stress. Location is really good, very close to old Pasadena, but in the direction of Caltech, which worked perfectly for me. The hotel is clean, the rooms are comfortable.

Clean and tidy and fantastic location for the rose bowl. The bar area is a great addition.

The hotel is excellent and I wished I had stayed for more days. Pasadena is very beautiful. I was there for a conference and I was lucky I chose to stay in Pasadena and not LA.

The hotel really spoilt us and we’re so extremely grateful. Had been traveling through the States and this was towards the end of our trip. It was also my hubby’s significant birthday and they upgraded our room and gave a few birthday surprises. So kind! Great location. Beautiful hotel, comfy beds, excellent staff at reception. Hotel has an elegant vibe and great view over city hall. We loved Pasadena.
