The location was very good, we needed a place close to the airport and this was the right place for our needs. We came before check in and we were able to leave our stuff at the reception. The room was spacious, the bathroom was really big and nice, and there is also kitchen in the room. The shuttle bus to the airport is really easy to set up at the reception.

Both bedroom and washroom were extremely clean and well equipped. Airport shuttle service was superb. Staff was exceptionally good. I greatly appreciate the staff as they allowed us to wait in the lobby from 1230 to 1600.I really like the restaurant service which was open for the guest in the evening. Unfortunately I could not enjoy the breakfast as I had to leave the hotel at 0300 AM to the airport.

we arrived at a really bad time, late flight. So we were checking in at 2am. Shuttle bus was running but we had to call the hotel to get it sent round. Something to note. Staff at check in really helpful. Next day again staff good, coffee shop good, stored our bags really easily, Shuttle bus good to blue line for easy trip into Boston. So as a one day stop over on our way home it is a great location and suited us fine. We did pay a high price I think for a one night stay, but I guess the location was a priority for us.

Located 6 km north of Boston, this Chelsea hotel is a 10-minute drive from Logan International Airport.
