Huge park, larger than Central Park in NYC.
Huge park, larger than Central Park in NYC. Lots of trails and paths, beautiful landscaping and gardens. Cal Academy of Sciences is a must visit with a planetarium, aquarium, and rainforest inside. There is also the DeYoung art museum directly across from CAS.

We walked along the bay from Pier 33 it us a long way but plenty of places to stop grab food or coffee and you see some quaint places. We took a bus back from the visitor centre at the top by the toll gates. Once the buses have come off the bridge they all go to the same spot in the city centre.

Well, what can I say - the one and only.
Well, what can I say - the one and only. Beautiful seaside ambience, fog blowing through the eucalyptus trees, and so many amazing things still echo from days gone by. Be aware of your surroundings but enjoy the magic.

Easy access from the south. Plenty of free parking. Relatively secure compared to other areas of SF. Pets stay free at Motel 6. Well located next to Golden Gate Park and for those wanting a home base in SF that allows you to head into busier areas on foot, by rideshare, or by public transportation (N-Judah Muni line is 2 blocks away; can take it all the way to downtown, Embarcadero, and Oracle Park.
Excellent location, felt safe. Free parking. 20 minutes bus ride to Fisherman’s wharf, Golden gate park. Restaurants nearby1 block away on Chestnut. Beds comfortable and clean. Microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge added convenience to our stay. Check in Staff very friendly and gave good suggestions for our visit to San Francisco.
I loved the location— near restaurants, nice residential area, and a 20 walk from Golden Gate Park.
I was glad for the dresser with drawers and the clothes closet with hangers.
Very good breakfast, but the location was over the top. Close to public transportation and access to Golden Gate Park where there was so much to do. Would definitely come back and tell everyone I know about it.
Lovely apartment! Spotless, comfortable, new and well appointed in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood. Just steps from public transportation, two blocks from Golden Gate Park, minutes from Golden Gate Bridge and a short drive from SFO.
We love the location! Shopping on Clement Street is always a pleasure, short walk to Golden Gate Park. The parking is free and safe, and the bed is comfortable.
