Super clean, everything is new and well kept. Great location next to subway station and right across from a 24 hour supermarket. The staff are lovely and the amenities are great - gym, filtered water tap, coffee machines, cleaning services, and 24 hour manned service desk.

Hotel facilities were okay and accessible

I had booked a double and asked if we could change to a twin when my mate didn't want to share a bed. They changed us to two queens for no extra cost. Absolute legends!! Room was massive, great TV selection, shower and bathroom were on point. Beds were super comfy and warm. We didn't use the food facilities but they looked great and you could order food to the hotel so that was a bonus.

Room dark - needed extra light which was quickly provided

It was clean, close to a metro station, I like the little grocery shop in the hotel. And the people who work there are really helpful

Everything was great, what a pleasant stay.

I had a great time, The staff from the reception to cleaning and support staff was extremely kind and helpful. They showed me how to get around and even showed me where to get a train and bus. This was my first time in the US and I was able to use the basics they taught me to eventually get around even once I had moved and settled well. It was quiet and the rooms were cleaned very well.

The price is worth what you are getting, Chris was so nice at the front desk! He def is the face of the property. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, only thing I’d I’m being picky is just bigger pillow lol

This was our second stay at this hotel, and we were once again satisfied. The room was spacious and clean, with adequate amenities. The staff was helpful and friendly, even helping us get the elevator several times, although that wasn't required. It's a quiet neighborhood, close to Central Park and the metro, with plenty of restaurants nearby.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had a really good experience. The staff were super nice, always helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. In our last day they let us store our luggage after check-out since our flight was in the evening, which we really appreciated. Before booking, I was a bit unsure because some reviews mentioned the neighborhood wasn't the best. It's true the area feels a bit shady, but honestly, everyone seemed to mind their own business and we never had any problems, even when returning at night. If you prefer, there’s a bus nearby that takes you straight to the subway station, but we usually just walked and it was fine. The hotel is very close to NYC — just about 10–15 minutes by metro — which was super convenient for sightseeing. Our room was comfortable and quiet, and for the price we paid, it was definitely great value. Just a heads-up: during our stay there was no breakfast offered on any day, so plan accordingly. Would definitely recommend for travelers looking for a budget-friendly stay near NYC with friendly service!

There is always free hot coffee and both hot and cold water available in the lobby, which is a thoughtful touch. The hotel also offers a fitness room and a laundry room for guests' convenience. The room was comfortable and spacious, featuring a small kitchen area with a refrigerator, microwave, and sink. I especially appreciated the layout and proportions of the kitchen space—it was very pleasant to use. You can also go up to the rooftop to enjoy the view. The hotel breakfast was excellent, very filling and satisfying!

Nice, clean hotel. We had a room on 11th floor,so we had a nice view. Very good to compare price x location. Subway is few minutes away and it is only 2 stops to Manhattan. We walked several times to Manhattan via Queensboro bridge,it is not far and you can come to Central park in an hour by foot if you like walking.If we will visit NY again,we will stay here for sure.

Really clean and very comfy bed, included breakfast was brilliant to set you up for the day. Great you had access to water, tea, coffee 24/7. Location amazing, 2 minute walk to queens bridge metro which is literally 5 min metro from Times Square. Staff all really friendly too Much cheaper than staying in Times Square/manhattan
