The location was perfect! Loved the deck on the 8th floor. The complimentary snacks + hot cocoa were a nice bonus. I also loved the interior design of the room + the smell of the body wash and shampoo.

location!!!! we explored the market and walked to the space needle, the staff were truly helpful plus the japanese restaurant right outside was really good!

The hotel is at a great location. There are train, bus, and light rail stations within a couple of blocks of the hotel. For the 5 days we visited, we were able to walk and ride public transit to pretty much everywhere we have planned to visit.

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Location of this hotel is excellent. Very close to many restaurants and city attractions, theatre and art museum. Pike public market and Target is on walking distance from hotel. Fantastic breakfast!

I am very happy with my experience. A very nice and well-located accommodation downtown Seattle. The room was comfortable and provided with a large desk, perfect to work with a laptop and still having some space around. The staff was really kind and helpful. I recommend it.

The entire staff from management, to front desk, to bell hops to servers in the restaurant literally amazing and unbelievably kind and professional.

I really love the deco of this hotel. So elegant. Location is great. Walking distance to Pike market and shops. Staffs are friendly and thoughtful. Definitely my favorite hotel in year 2023.

This hotel was very accommodating. We went there to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived so they upgraded us to an executive suite with a better view. When we go back to the room that evening there was an ice bucket with champagne and 2 glasses with a Happy Birthday note for my husband. Later that evening we got a call saying the suite we were in needed maintenance and unfortunately they had to move us again. This time they upgraded us to rhe PENTHOUSE!!!! Both rooms were amazing. The penthouse was huge!!! Everyone was extremely nice and the service was excellent. Definitely will be back.

Old world charm and spacious, comfortable room within 5 minute walk from ferry terminal, with luggage! Hotel accommodated request for early check-in w/o extra charge; we were checking out early the next day for the airport. Friendly front desk. Restaurant served tasty food. Appreciated bell hop/valet's help with ordering a cab on departure.
