The staff were all fantastic! The hotel was always wonderfully clean and tidy. The rooms were spacious, with towels and a hairdryer provided. The breakfasts were absolutely beautiful. The shuttle bus was excellent and extremely helpful. Restaurants, pubs, cafes and Duke University all within walking distance.

Everything you need in a great location. Friendly staff, great food and drinks and in the proximity of some really great bars and restaurants.

The hotel has a great location in downtown Durham, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was lively and stylish. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Great Breakfast in a cool surrounding

The location was ok, walkable to the university which is what I needed.

Perfect location, amenities, and price for a quick needed place to rest after a sports event before hitting the road to return home. Very large hotel and was able to book last minute at a very fair price.

Convenience to Duke Medical facilities

It's the nastiest place I've ever stayed I got charged for the wrong night when I booked my room and still haven't recovered my money back yet the sheets hasn't been changed the shower didn't work the air conditioner only worked on fan mode the room was dirty

Everything from start to finish. Quiet , good area, comfortable, beds are amazing, clean.

very spacious rooms and comfy beds. We stayed only one night so didn't get a chance to fully appreciate the kitchenette and working facilities. Would be a perfect place to stay for a work visit.

Great location. Staff was excellent. Breakfast included was very good snd a great value. I've never experienced 2 (Home2 and Hampton) hotels operating in the same building. Booking experience was confusing but it actually worked fine. Very nice clean facilities.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, could have stayed for ever! Staff amazing and you feel like you’re in your own little paradise. Gym and pool gorgeous and grounds amazing. Bedrooms and bathrooms are sumptuous
