Friendly staff. Good swimming pool! There are nice restaurants around the hotel, including Japanese restaurant.

The valet parking rate is normal and they are so nice and helpful. The reception guys are amazing so nice. The rooms are big , breakfast is very good. So nice to sit outside and hear the water.

We had an excellent stay at Renaissance Newport beach hotel. As a family of 3 persons, 2 adults and 1 child 4 years old, we enjoyed the spacious room, the comfy beds and the cleanliness. Staff was kind and attentive to our needs, always greeting us with a genuine smile on their faces. Would definitely stay again!

They helped me out with an early check in because of personal problems I had to fix when I got there and they gave me a room instead of let me wait for hours. I am so thankful for that help from the staff! The kitchen is really really good and they’re serving really good food!!!

The hotel and its location used to be ok, years ago, when it was still a Days Inn, and I visited it whenever I was in Orange County. I actually liked it, because it is close to downtown.

The location is very nice, parking for USD40 a night, which I thought was ok. Very nice facilities and clean rooms, nice beds, great black out curtains.
