Nice great sales. I was surprised that they charge $10 for coupon book. I get it free everywhere else I go. I think tourists should get it for free after all we spending money. So I would’ve shop more if I had the book instead I went to Jacksonville outlets and shopped more and I got the book for free

I had a nasty fall and people were quick to help. I especially applaud this big grey haired security guard who wouldn't let me wander off. He was so great, didn't get his name and when I went back to thank him again, I never saw him.

Don't waste your precious vacation time there! The worst outlets we've ever seen! The selection is mediocre at best, the prices aren't good, and the people are totally unfriendly! I wish we hadn't wasted half a day on it!

Well worth a visit especially if its end of season.
Well worth a visit especially if its end of season. Parking is a nightmare at peak times so either catch a cab or be prepared to walk a bot of a way to to the car. Dont be deceived by the empty car spaces close to the shops- they are reserved for those who pre booked theit car space.

If you had a higher rating I would have put that. These outlets are the best with awesome deals every day. It’s just a must have to go place. Just make sure you go early in the morning because parking can be a nightmare and make sure you have at least two days to go there .

The items are still not great prices and nothing is made for shopper/traveler convenience. Where I’m from even fast food places have USB charging ports at the tables. We could not even find an outlet to use our wall charger. We finally found ONE inside a Panera Bread Co.
