Breakfast was amazing each morning. Loved the service overall. Each service member was extremely friendly, the trainee was extremely friendly. This hotel knocked it out of the park!

The front desk gentlemen was very nice and welcoming. The beds were comfy and smell clean. check in and check out was easy and fast!

Location close to Hyvee Hall. Rooms were comfortable. Meals on premises were very helpful. Shuttle to Hyvee Hall was very convenient. Drivers Johnny and Mike were great.

Family gathering with a small child - the balcony upgrade was a bit of a must. Lifeguards were present and available. Bar was open and accommodating. Check in and out was reasonable. Arcade was nice even for a smaller child.

The location worked well for us. It was easy to find and convenient for our route.

When I phoned the hotel to inquire about the shuttle service someone answered promptly and gave me good information. I had very good shuttle service to and from the airport and also to a nearby restaurant.

Due to unexpected circumstances, I found myself in a difficult situation that could have prevented me from staying, but the team went above and beyond to assess everything carefully and accommodate me. Their compassion and willingness to help truly made all the difference, turning what could have been a stressful experience into one of comfort and relief. Exceptional service like this is rare, and I deeply appreciate their thoughtfulness. Thank you again!

Booking.COM booked this for the wrong date so I ended up having to book once I arrived at the location then neither would refund the mishap also booking.COM charged me $60 more to book through them

From the moment I checked in i felt at ease I am here to help my daughter with my grandson. Staff have been more then kind he has autisim and can be a handful.even though we don't try to bother anyone. They made us feel welcomed

Upon check in I asked for an extra room & the clerk was very quick to check for one for us.
