The staff,the breakfast and the location

It was very close to the Airport, the staff were nice, Starbucks in the hotel and across the road, Hertz rent a car in the reception. The only thing I didn't like that the hotel didn't have free parking.

Great room and amazing view of the airport

The Breakfast was excellent and delivered on time.

It is located pretty close to the airport, so I was a great option for us since we just needed to stay oye night before our next flight. A shuttle is available from and to the airport.

Amazing! Clean, great bed, good bar/food. Gym is wow! The bathroom was beautiful, clean and large. Highly recommend.

Perfect place to stay close to Airport/ car rental

Staff were very friendly and so accommodating. Loved how they took so much pride in the hotel and staff were always on the ground doing something whether it was cleaning or maintenance.

Everything was perfect, the staff were attentive and very accommodating and friendly. They made our layover easy and safely stored our luggage.

The staff was very professional and the services, the room and the breakfast were good. You can reach the airport with their shuttle and it's included.

Not very bad but they don't have guest laundry and breakfast either. The rooms are small. It is just a hostel but on booking was sold as a 5 rooms with common bathroom

I stayed on the first floor and felt very safe and comfortable. People in the neighbourhood were very friendly and welcoming, as were the staff at the hotel. As a huge added bonus, they did not require me to use/pay by credit card; they were more than happy to accept my cash money! My room was nice and big with a very comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities for a very reasonable nightly rate. Washroom/shower was very clean and there was plenty of hot water. Incredibly convenient location as it is walking distance to LAX and the Kia Centre. Lots of excellent restaurants/bars and stores nearby with a wide variety of food options. Lots of places nearby that are open late or are open 24 hours which is always very convenient, especially when one is traveling. There are also lots of murals/artwork and other landmarks in the area to explore, especially along nearby La Brae Ave. I definitely recommend this place for other travelers as a short-term or longer-term place to stay while visiting Los Angeles. If I ever have the chance to return, I will most definitely stay here again. Much appreciated. Thank you!
