Location was excellent, and the staff was enjoyable.

Rooms were modern and the restaurant in the lobby is to die for!

The location to Tech is perfect. Easy to get to the hotel and easy to get to Tech. We had a drink in the bistro in the evening and it was great. The coffee in the morning was also great. The staff was kind and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

Loved it. I was treated with the utmost respect from all the staff. I will stay here from now on when in Lubbock

Clean and well kept! My daughter’s, grandchildren and I were in town for a funeral. We checked in early not knowing there would be a $25 early check in fee. Michael the front desk person informed us of the fee and asked us why we were in town. We both said funeral at the same time and he immediately showed his remorse, apologized and waived our early check in fee! Thank you for all of your kindness in our moment of pain! We will stay here again when we come back to visit family!

The people at check in and at check out were very courteous. The hotel was well kept and felt modern. Location was easy to get to, and felt like it was a safe area.

Very clean, modern facility with friendly staff. I was beyond impressed with the size of the room as it had the two queen beds, a full kitchen with fridge, sink stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Bathroom was big and walk-in shower impressive. Well worth the cost for our stay.

The breakfast wasn't much. Coffee and a tiny pre packaged muffin. The staff was wonderful and so friendly. We had a few hiccups when checking in but the staff was more than accommodating, they definitely went above and beyond. Property is very clean and comfortable!

The hotel is amazing, close to TTU and many restaurants. I am the mother of a son studying at TTU, so for me the location was wonderful.
