Excellent stay at a very reasonable price. I stayed here for three months -- I had not expected such a spacious and comfortable room given the central location. Large fridge+freezer in the room, clean and well-equipped common kitchen, full-blinding curtains (They're sliding wooden blinds), the whole place is kept really clean and tidy.

Location is perfect for exploring the city. Close to lots of restaurants. The area is way cleaner than it was a year ago, so that was great. This was my second time staying here and will definetly stay again.

Wifi worked very well, coffee and water 24/7 for free, people were nice and the room comfy. It’s very well located because a bit outside of downtown directly in front of a Muni Station.
