All the staff at the hotel are very, very friendly and fulfil your every wish with a smile. The rooms were meticulously cleaned every day and the ladies and gentlemen at the Polo Bamba Bar with the wonderful pool are just great. A big thank you to Carla and the guys there for our great evenings!

Excellent location. Very clean rooms and super nice , friendly and helpful staff (reception and bar ) . Breakfast is very good and you can enjoy it in the lovely terrace

The location was fantastic. In a safe and interesting area. We also has a lovely view of the Rambla and the River Plate. The gym was excellent alongside a lovely terrace with a hot tub. The restaurant bar was great to eat in or just relax with a drink. Staff were excellent and spoke good English.

The Staff were absolutely Brilliant. I needed to contact a doctor during my stay and all the staff were very helpful and caring, especially Fabricio. I could not have asked for better service, even got breakfast delivered to my room with a smile.

The highlight of the hotel is the pool on the roof with an amazing view. The spa area including a small warm pool and two saunas is also nice. Even though one sauna did not work during our stay. The room is fine and wifi worked well. Breakfast was all right.

The staff was very friendly amd helpful, the rooms were clean and the bed was really comfortable. The room I stayed was spacious and had a good view of the neighborhood and the river. The location was good, surrounded by cafes, restaurants and a shopping mall. It is a bit far from the old city but it is a safe and beautiful neighborhood and it was easy to go around. The breakfast was OK, too.

The hotel's location is excellent. The pool area is a nice bonus on hot summer days. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. There are a few good restaurants nearby, and best of all, a large shopping mall just around the corner. It's a short walk to the seaside promenade to enjoy the ocean. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The breakfast could have used more variety.

The area was perfect,close to the beach ,shops as well.Staff very friendly and helpful, especially receptionist Andre. Bed very comfortable,,room very clean.

The response and education of the staff was great. Really great people, all of them. Piece of advice: take care of that kind of staff, is hard to find.

This hotel is incredible! It is perfectly located, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast is very complete, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The rooms are comfortable, bright, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The customer service is outstanding—every single staff member is incredibly kind and professional. They truly go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. I will definitely return whenever I have the chance!

Good location staff very helpful good value

The bed was super comfy, the bed sheets were breathable so we had very good sleep :) I also appreciate the room size and big windows, it was perfect!

The breakfast was excellent and plenty, the staff very friendly and supportive even if the communication was sometimes a bit challenging.

Great location, near the central squares and the Old Town. Very pleasant hotel with nice staff, with an excellent grasp of English surpassing our limited Spanish. The city itself is a joy and the hotel added to the experience. It was very clean and welcoming.

Because I injured my back the first day, I spent most of my time in my hotel room. The room and hotel were clean and comfortable. The bed, lighting, heating, and hot water in the bathroom were excellent. They asked about cleaning and dinner every day. The room was cleaned whenever I requested. Breakfast was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to walk to nearby historical sites and parks without getting tired. This is definitely a hotel to choose for your trip to Montevideo. I highly recommend it!
